A striking image of the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project's (ATSP) space vehicle lifting-off from Pad B, Launch Complex 39, at Kennedy Space Center, at 3:50 p. (EDT) on 15 July 1975, beginning Apollo's catch-up journey toward the already Earth-orbiting Soviet Soyuz spacecraft. Aboard the Apollo spacecraft were Commander Tom Stafford, Command Module Pilot Vance Brand, and Docking Pilot Deke Slayton. This photograph is in excellent condition and has been well kept.
