RARE ORIGINAL NASA APOLLO 12, TWO STEREO PHOTOS, RED NUMBERS AS12-46-6824 & #AS12-46-6825, A KODAK PAPER. APOLLO 12 WAS THE SIXTH CREWED FLIGHT IN THE UNITED STATES APOLLO PROGRAM AND THE SECOND TO LAND ON THE MOON. IT WAS LAUNCHED ON NOVEMBER 14, 1969, FROM THE KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLORIDA. COMMANDER CHARLES "PETE" CONRAD AND LUNAR MODULE PILOT ALAN L. BEAN PERFORMED JUST OVER ONE DAY AND SEVEN HOURS OF LUNAR SURFACE ACTIVITY WHILE COMMAND MODULE PILOT RICHARD F.

GORDON REMAINED IN LUNAR ORBIT. THIS LISTING CONSISTS OF A STEREO PAIR OF PHOTOS: THESE PHOTOS ARE HISTORIC.

I PERSONALLY OBTAINED THEM FROM THE PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICE AT THE JET PROPULSION LABORATORY IN PASADENA, CALIFORNIA IN THE EARLY 1970s. RED NUMBER AS12-46-6824, A KODAK PAPER, THE PHOTOGRAPHIC PAPER IS 8" X 10" AND THE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE IS 7" X 7" PRINTED IN BLACK AND WHITE. FIRST OF A STEREO CLOSE-UP VIEW OF THE SMALL MOUND NEAR THE ALSEP SITE.

PETE CONRAD SUGGESTED THAT THE ROCK IN THE FOREGROUND HAD BEEN THROWN HERE BY A LOCAL IMPACT. RED NUMBER AS12-46-6825, A KODAK PAPER, THE PHOTOGRAPHIC PAPER IS.

8" X 10" AND THE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE IS 7" X 7" PRINTED IN BLACK AND WHITE. SECOND OF A STEREO CLOSE-UP VIEW OF THE SMALL MOUND NEAR THE ALSEP SITE. THERE IS A CREASE ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THE PHOTO. THESE PHOTOGRAPHS HAVE BEEN STORED INDIVIDUALLY IN CLEAR PLASTIC SHEET PROTECTORS AND THEN PLACED IN A BINDER FOR ALL THESE YEARS.
